This project was designed for a client with a demanding
program. The offices had to be pleasant while providing the
security required by the alarm service control areas. The ‘sawtooth’ roof
was used to bring light into the critical areas, allowing
the window areas at the ground level to be kept to a minimum.
The building was the first constructed in a new commercial
tract and set the design criteria for the area.
