KMPC Radio Station / Offices for Golden
West Broadcasters
Los Angeles, CA.
The original building was constructed in 1927 as offices
and studios for Warner Brothers Pictures and is literally
as big as a football field. When Gene Autry purchased KMPC
and Golden West Broadcasters, he had this building remodeled
to house the radio station and corporate offices. It was
an interesting and rewarding remodeling project, and received
an Los Angeles Beautiful award.
